Jurisdiction and Account Terms

pgking operates under licences held by our parent operator and serves Indonesia visitors where local law permits. Your account agreement covers identity verification, accepted regions, dispute handling and the closure path if either side ends the relationship. We apply Indonesian consumer-protection norms to e-wallet flows, so DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS references on your statement match the reference shown in your account

history. Policy updates are versioned with a date stamp at the bottom of the relevant clause, and material changes trigger an in-account notice before they take effect. If a clause conflicts with mandatory local law in your supported region, the local rule prevails for your account.
